All my friends are saying this weapon sucks (u know), but it is really a rather goob newb weapon, but.. prob.. 13, yeah. Duel Wield, you get the point. So unless you lose corpse at 13, forget bout it

How can one use this at the level it is attained? Secondary only, yet a rogue cannae dual weild untill 13. Odd.

Doing this quest, I can tell you... 13 is about right on. It's not really so much a newbie quest, as a guildmate of mine said, more of a mini-epic. *shrugs*
This quest is about the quest, not the reward. The reward is complete and utter nonsense. You could beg a couple fine steel daggers, and avoid the effort. If you're looking for a good weapon, forget this. If you're looking to have some fun and do something other than the usual hack and slash, then do the quest.
