80 Beast soloing Wereorcs in Loping Plains. Getting 1% every 4 kills, so I don't know what sort of math this guy was using. It's clearly NOT 1% every 9 kills. I tested this through several groups of 4 and got 1% progression after every set of kills.

I have ally faction on necro and ranger and only for sale to necro what's the deal been ally faction longer on necro but thought that was the point of the different lvls of faction?
