Drops in North Ro (Shriveled Mummy) and South Ro (a Dervish Cutthroat and a Sand Giant) Sold in Bazaar on Bertoxxulous Server for 25pp (sold like 3), I'm just guessing people are lazy and dont want to look for it although it's common.
