Once again, good weapon for teens to twenty's but you need to be in your 30's to get it.

My level 23 Beastlord got one off of a Red con Sonic wolf, so get a Beastlord to help you get one. Of course this was before the War started in earnest and there were fewer Sonics to try to munch you.

I bought this from a vendor for 5pp and change. (It is a great lowbie weapon, IMHO)
It dropped off of a Pack Leader in Sonic Dogs Caves for me
