This is definitely a decent robe for an enchanter... not quite the same as an Insidious robe, but not bad either. As for the meditate boost, if I want that I'll use my +5% med robe I picked up just outside Acrilya off a named grimling caster. Definitely the best thing about this puppy is the look - identical to Nexus Scions. The first remark I recieved after putting this on was that I looked like a god. =) It only looks like a Gossamer robe if you have Luclin models disabled for whichever race you happen to be.
I did a self test, I dont know how accurate I am. But self testing I used a 5% med skill item. my personal results were. Without manna modifiers-OOM to FM 14 minutes 9 seconds With med item and all same stats OOM to FM 13 minutes 53 seconds Second testing produced the same results or close to. IMO ( means In my opinion) Med skill 5%=15 seconds med skill 20%=1 minute Med skill 100%=5 MInutes That would be time taken off of your med. Who knows coulda been a fluke. I need few more med items or some program to confirm this. Kalatarain Sasaharadaneim Exilled Alliance Anyonae Ro
The robe on a high elf lady looks exactly like the ones they wear at the spires that you hail to get up to Luclin. It is just a white robe, but I am unsure if it is a new graphic as someone told me it looked just like a gossamer robe on a high elf.
I wonder about the complaints that if something only helps medding, its no good. My bard has been trading items at need since he could first use a drum. I myself put on my feathered pegasus headband when I need the wisdom to medd, and put on my banded helm when I must melee. When I am in a group and mainly casting I hold my Skull of Jher 'Tal (spelling, I know) in my off hand for the mana, and my shield when soloing or fighting with my partner. Switching items at need is a necessity, because you will never find one item that does everything perfectly.

Well ... i'd definately wanna get one of these and try it out, even if i just put it on while medding. Curious how much the additional 3% will effect my mana regen.
Yes, I think so too, but the difference to Flowing Thought or Clarity is, that these 3% only affect when you medd. Well, I'd definitely like one of these, still waering my Ishva Robe...
