"You turn the bucket over, but it seems empty..."
Dwinn seems to have no interest in recharging it, though is still shows 1 charge.

This bucket is for the quest "Dwinn #7: The Proof is in the Bucket".

My friend clicked his bucket the first time, and as expected, the orcs popped in the western of the two Northwest orc camps. He zoned, and the orcs depsawned over about 30 seconds when he succored with a single target succor spell, even though the aggro free remainder of the group stayed behind. He tried clicking the same bucket again, but he had no luck in spawning the orcs again, even though the bucket was still present, and still had one charge. He said he got a message about the bucket being empty.

I clicked the bucket in the same spot in Loping Planes, and got orcs also, which despawned on my zoning with a TL box. I tried to get the bucket recharged by "/say new" to Dwinn, and Dwinn gave quest text, but yellow text said he had nothing for my abilites. I deleted the bucket, but not the quest. I "/say new" to Dwinn, and the same responses, and no new bucket. I delteted the quest, "/say new" to Dwinn, and I got the quest text, the quest accept box, which I clicked accept on, and then a new bucket.
