Dmg bonus is based on the dly of the weapon and the level of the person wielding it, so the person who took the screenshot is most likely high lvl.

Does anyone know a formula to figure out what it might be to someone of lower level?
dmg bonus doesnt kick in till 50+ (51?) so it doesnt matter to anyone lower than that...
thats not true, you get damage bonus at lvl 29
my rogue has a DB of 3 on his 1hs weapons and 6 on 2hs
(he gets a 44 damage bonus on a weighted axe making it 99/150 still sucks though
