Yes. It is a LoN loot card.
Illusion can be male or female and it has finally been changed to actual size. It is as small as you can possibly be in game (as well as brownie noble illusion). If you use a shrink while you have this illusion, it makes you grow.

Form of the Recluse (spider) can be shrunk twice, making that the shortest illusion in the game. Although it still looks slighty bigger due to the slenderness of the brownie compared to the spider.
