Soloed him with a lvl 56 Necro. He was db to me as well...presume he is db to anyone based upon lvl
This drops off the end mob for the new 2007 mission, Father Frostheart. He is db to level 71. When you hail the last dwarf after rescuing her, he will pop. This occurs in the largest cave in the wurm cave complex.
Recommend you clear out the cave before hailing Gemmi the dwarf, the wurms are harmless to lvl 71, but can be hassle. Father Frostheart is snareable and rootable, and casts Icicle Spike, root spell, short duration.
He dropped 2 of these when I took him down.
