Got mine from Beza#3 Sand in the Gears mission.
It dropped off a Minotaur (Berzerker I think) outside the building, where the little houses were.
I wanted this very much and scoured everywhere and found very little info. I did:
Beza#1 completed
Beza#2 completed
Beza#1 on alt but didnt finish
Beza#1 completed
Beza#3 and got drop early in
You cannot repeat these if you finish them. Beza#2 is spectacularly more easy than #1 or #3.
I can confirm this drops in Beza#3. I can confirm it drops off of Mino. I didn't see anything on other missions (no snare-clicky, no augs).
If you want this item and implications are correct that it drops in any Beza instance I would strongly reccomend just farming and exiting. DOn't bother trying to finish the missions.

Finally got one doing the Scout Beza instance. I've seen 3 snare clickies and 100's of augs, more than a year of lesson burning. Yeah it's rare.

One slimy ooze ejector finally dropped for me today. On and off, I spent about 2 months doing Beza #2 only.( How does your garden grow)I'm quite sure it will drop in any of the Beza missions. All in all, I would say I cleared that mission 14 times. A servant dropped it... The ground floor inside the building.
In the process of clearing, I got a http://everquest.allakhazam.com/search.html?q=rusty+oil+spitter nice bonus - Steamwork mob, on the ground floor inside the building.
I made lots of pp, AA's, levelled alts and also got the 2 augs to drop several times. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=72399 and http://everquest.allakhazam.com/search.html?q=undocumented
Approximately one aug per mission if you are lucky. Random mobs, random places.
