The way you have to combine all those gizmo's and gadgets to get the end-result looks pretty convoluted, and in fact there is one point where you can mess up, sort off. You can not go wrong with the combines themselves, but at one point, when you can make the https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=72283 you will actually gain back 2 items that you combined earlier in that chain, in order to make the https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=71856

The thing is, you now need these 2 gained-back items in the final combine for the https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=72284 . But off course these 2 items will also still combine to the https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=71856 So when you accidentally do that, you now have another Two dimensional Rotational Cam Pivot (that you can not "uncombine") and no way to make the https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=72284

You will have to do the two tasks again in order to get the Horizontal Rotational Cam IV and Vertical Rotational Cam III again........ yes, I botched up this way. :)

The Model XLII Spatial Temporal Oculus is the result of multiple combines of 21 various parts, each of which is the result of a specific task.

The parts-

in order to get the piece 12 and 15 rewards to show up for those 2 tasks, you must also complete Disable the recycler, and Disrupt the Workshop tasks from gertrude. the rewards will show up for supplies for spies after completing one of these and the one for hunt a spy when all of gertrudes tasks are completed. Much like the rewards for the hand aug these 2 are progressive.

In addition to the above items you need to purchase T. Bildarol's Missing Toolkit, a 5 slot container, from Automated Vending Unit II in Dragonscale Hills. You will need to raise your Ak'Anon Strike Force V faction to at least indifferent to purchase this, but since each of the 21 tasks raises that faction, it shouldn't be a problem.
The combinations

Inside the Toolkit combine parts 1-5 to create Intraternal Timing Control Mechanism, and you get back piece 5. You can destroy piece 5, it is no longer needed.

Next combine parts 7 and 8 to create Two Dimensional Rotational Cam Pivot.

Now combine the Two Dimensional Rotational Cam Pivot you just made with parts 6 and 9 to create Three Dimensional Rotational Cam Pivot.

Then combine the Three Dimensional Rotational Cam Pivot with parts 17 and 18 to create Four Dimensional Rotational Cam Pivot. This combine returns parts 7 and 8 as well, save them.

Now put together the Intraternal Timing Control Mechanism, the Four Dimensional Rotational Cam Pivot, and the parts 7 and 8 you got back to create Convex Focal Disc Mark II. Save this for later.

Combine parts 11, 14, and 19 to create Zeka Stabilized Rotator.

Combine parts 12, 15, and 20 to create Azia Stabilized Rotator.

Combine parts 13, 16, and 21 to create Beza Stabilized Rotator.

And finally put the Convex Focal Disc Mark II, the Zeka Stabilized Rotator, the Azia Stabilized Rotator, the Beza Stabilized Rotator, and part 10 together to create the Model XLII Spatial Temporal Oculus.
