Okay...this drops from the Nisch Val Torash Mashk in Splitpaw. Spawns in a room near the back, as you enter on the right there is a Tesch Mas Gnoll and a wandering Nisch Mal gnoll, on the left there are 2 Lteth Val gnolls and a "safe room" which no mob wanders into and does not get aggro. Just inside there is another Lteth Val gnoll, a Tesch Mal gnoll, a Tesch Val gnoll, another gnoll (random selection of melee), and the Nisch Val Torash Mashk. His PH is a Nisch Val Gnoll. I went through 17 placeholders and 3 Nisch Val Gnoll, got 1 scroll of summon corpse and 1 Tesch Val Sinisch (didnt get the shield which was the reason I was there though). Does not proc at level 25, will update later on when it does.

Although it would look very cool to see a Shaman dual wielding, they can't. This is primary or ranged only. The listing says either melee.
