Well, I just had 4 in the space of an hour, and I didn't even completely clear the large room in the west (the one with the drop off). So they're somewhere between uncommon and rare really.
It seemed that they dropped the most off the male gnomes, with plate armour graphic.

"a trooper" also drops this. Had one drop it today. It was a gnome model, as per the norm for these drops.
Off the mechanics in the big multifloored room in west part of the factory. botom floor to the left as u walk in down the ramp theres an elevator with one or 2 mechanics on it. safe spot against the wall and pillars to kite around. get real cozy you WILL be here for days. The foundry room has the exact same loot table its just much harder to do, i'd skip it

Calibration Device Screws, Calibration Device Schematics, Calibration Device and Clockwork Driveshaft are for the task Spy Reports. The Calibratin Device is a ground spawn in Steam Factory at loc +44 +132 +88. The other 3 items very rarely drop from trash mobs. These items can be prelooted. Spy Reports is offered by Gutrude the Spymaster in Fort Mechanotus after the completion of her other four tasks. The reward for completing Spy Repots is....
