ItemThis appears to be used in a quest in Katta Castellum. If you turn in 4 of these to Triblix Tikbok he gives you a "Phosphorous Torch". The torch is 1/24 1hb. It also is +4 SV Fire and does +9 versus vampires.

It would be cool if this could also be used to make your own blocks of Acrylian. I've tried several different combinations of this stuff and acid in several different containers, but to no avail. Oh well.
