Got one of these from a Gobo Legate near the Chief area.

Someone tell me one thing.. Why in Norathe would a ranger item hve cha stats on it? Don't get me wrong.. this weapon is nice and fast with dmg, and the sta is nice, but my ranger really doesn't need the cha. I would have rather had wis or str or even dex for that matter.. Verant does some crazy things sometimes.
Well, can always use slightly better prices. However CHA may come in handy if you for some reason wish to charm an animal, don't know if rangers can do that. Besides, they could have had it without the cha and still no str dex or wis...
Thistle Underbrush in LFay sometimes drops "A Pouch of Mistletoe Powder" or some nonsense. anyway, it has 1 charge or charm animal. So in a very limited capacity, CHA is good for Ranger. I've gotten about 6 of these things, and have found some handy uses for them. <grin>
This ranger doesn't care about CHA. :)
