A few needs:
-modern item window pic
-pic of a shadowed man wielding it
-confirmation that you can get around the norent (temporary) status by placing it in a house or guild hall
-confirmation that it is not now flagged as "quest" as one of the 6000 old items given the tag (item collector will automatically confirm this if it is ever up again, in the meantime...)
