Faded Treasure Map can be bought from Fenden Helter in Dragonscale Hills for 1005 Faycitum.

Ok guys I started with my Iksar who knew dark speach and lizzard man and charm was crap 2 mana 2 hit points so I starting to learn the common languages and this is what I got as I learned the common languages, I am sure the order dosn't matter. I did not include the other stats and saves.

I have yet to learn Froglok, dark elvish and Dragon not sure if I need elder dragon but I doubt it since the stats seem to go up 3 ac and 25 hp 25 mana with each language learned. So a total of 12 is my guess.

The in game "Item information: Improves as you master the languages of the common races." Interestingly when I inquired of the seller as to where it dropped, he said he wasn't going to tell me because he was planning on farming it "a lot". I hope someone will see fit to post drop information soon. Personally I like my Artisan Charm, which has two aug slots, and is at 49 AC, and about 337 hp, 39 to all resists etc.(numbers approximate, and subject to memory errors). Granted the artisan charm doesn't have mod 2 stats, but the higher AC and resists of the Artisan Charm auged with Slipgears Gem and Wanderlust Guild Lodestone out weigh the trivial increase in HP's I would get from the Faded Treasure Map auged with the Wanderlust Guild Lodestone.
