Hmm, maybe its because there was no need for level 70 foci back when the max level was 65. Remember that a focus with max level of 67, and a 25% focus will still be a 22.5% focus on 68 spells, a 20% on 69 spells, and it will only be the level 70 spells that are improved more with this focus.
Sooo, if you happen to get a copy of ancient chlorobon, THEN this focus would be better than the elemental sleeves, for that ONE spell only.
Keep in mind also, that the stats on this seem crappy compared to elemental, because this is not the raid upgrade path. This is the single group quest armor. The raid upgrade path from elemental armor would be Qvic armor:

(The Jan 26 patch mentioned adding effects to the tier 2 armors, so there may be a healing focus on that now!).

Posted: Feb 02 2005 at 6:25 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) This piece of equipment is a DOWNGRADE from Kerasha's sleeves, it has comparably crappy stats, the healing focus gives only 20% bonus instead of 25%, and yet it is allowed to affect spells all the way up to level 70 instead of 67 as the Kerasha's sleeves do.
