My cleric got the earring of dimensional imprisonment which has the same effect "Blessing of the holy" a while back. I've noticed that the only time the focus affect proc's is during group heals. It does not proc during any of my other heals, which is realy stupid considering the hardness of the genie encounter. I even stripped the char down to cast just heals to make sure nothing was blocking it. If its a bug, it needs to be fixed, if its not a bug than this is focus is really shabby and useless.

why would a cleric need +30 ATK... everyone listed on it deserves a shot.

As a Warrior, I would pass on it if the cleric really could benefit by the healing effect. Otherwise, Any class on this item deserves to roll for it.

Why in the world would bard and warrior need an improved healing item? Am I missing something? If so please fill me in.
It's plate, we wear plate, so we're on the list. Hopefully no bard or warrior would take one while there were still clerics who needed it.

Same reason high end plate BP's have Brass mods. You attempt to make the item desireable to multiple classes, that way loot doesn't rot nearly as often. Makes content valid longer.

Instant lifetaps are split into two effects. One is a detrimental instant spell. The other is a beneficial instant spell. As anyone who has played a necro or SK can tell you, the Improved Healing focus effects do help the heal portion of the lifetap.

Does this effect work with Shadowknight Lifetap effects? Or is it on the IH4 line?
