It looks like the wrong component was linked to this recipe. Cliffster originally listed the Fine Charta Arcanum, but the current recipe list shows Sooty Fine Charta Arcanum. I confirmed tonight that it's the Fine Charta Arcanum that's needed for this recipe. I also confirmed that using the Sooty Fine Charta Arcanum doesn't work.
