a mysterious stranger sells this item
While walking through the Blackwater camp with this on, I received the following emote passing by one of the houses: "As the spirit attacks you, reality snaps back into focus. The skirmish between Kirathas and Blackwater is merely an echo of events that occurred hundreds of years ago. The mask the mysterious stranger sold you melts away into nothingness." At this point, it literally poofed off my face, and I took a dirt nap, lmao. I do not have the location the "spirit" attacked me, as this actually scared the crap out of me. It must be a trap of sorts, because nothing spirit-named actually hit me.

got the same message when I pulled a fisherman to kill while the mask was in my bag. Yes it disappeared from my bag.
