When did this get revised.. been trying to get an enchater to enchante it for me .. was 3 when i remember the last ime , told me 5 yesterday , , now today he told me i had to have 10 to enchante .. whats s up with this????

interesting note: this is an AA ability that is limited to 3 bar per every 3 hours and if you use this, you can't use the single version.
