Okay, this was a little strange. Purchase the palladium "spells" from Palik Agrolm in Commonlands. Place the "spell" in an empty inventory slot and then "right click" it. You have now learned a new ability. Open your AA's and find them under the class tab. Enchant Palladium is available at early 50's, look at each spell for details.

interesting note: this is an AA ability that is limited to 1 bar per hour.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you thought you heard was not what I meant.
As far as only being able to enchant one bar an hour, at level 52 you get Enchant Palladium Trio which does 3 bars at a time...and theres a mass version also, so the one bar an hour thing is neglible.
