Was clearing the SSRA mine of its plagued soriz skeletons and got about 4 of these powders to drop per clear.

I was hunting in Grieg's End for Binding Powders. After about 1 hour of killing everything with my lvl 52 team:

4 from a shrouded willsapper
1 from a mangled clairvoyant
4 from a deadly dreamweaver
1 from a dark practitioner

Best place to farm this is the second floor of SSRA. The Shissar Lich's drop it fairly often (comparitively speaking).

The Lizard casters in Temple of Cazic Thule (justicar/judicator/lifedrinker/lifestealer etc) have a fairly good drop rate on this.
I camped the throne room area for the clicky levitate shield for maybe 7 to 8 hours , and managed to gather 60-70 powders as a lvl 60 cleric duoing with a 58 SK and 2 mercs , so we were killing at a slow rate (they have a nice amount of hp though...).

It should be a decent spot for any 80+ player.

a mangled clairvoyant is the only mob dropping any in GE for me

Ssraeshza Temple looks to be doing better for me in the drops

Can add a Mangled Clairvoyant to the Greig's End list of mobs. Seems mobs other than those on the above list drop Binding Powder with more frequency than those on the list. Just an observance after hundreds if not thousands of kills in this zone.

This and Simple Binding powder drop off the Frogloks Shammies/Wizzies and Chanters of the Ilis and Krup persuasion in Sebilis and occasionally off the Myconids.

I never hunted in any of these zones for exp since I've been back but I managed to scrounge up 43 of the binding powders. My only guess is Bastion of Thunder but not being a hotzone anymore is kind of useless for farming, they are still pretty tough...

Enchanted Spell Parchment
A Piece of Parchment, Binding Powder, Binding Solution, Spellcaster's Empowering Essence Trivial at =232

can also be sub-combined with several recipes to push your skill further.
maximum recipe at this time is:

Scroll of Pestilence
