I like the idea of a Rogue carrying a Rapier. Next coolest thing to a Dagger or Dirk right? Nice damage on this Weapon, ok delay,and charisma for when you have to buy and sell in the field and you forgot to pack your OE steins. wondering:? What graphic looks Like?
The graphic is a cool looking rapier kinda like you would see in a 3 musketeers movie. I picked one of these up in Shadowhaven at a vendor for 25pp. My Bard loves it.

I would straight up just use the weapon for the cha, slap it on when your in town.....+15 would sure help to max out cha (temporily of course)

I know this is an old post, but don't use these for CHA stats, use Opal encrusted Steins. They are +25 CHA and not lore.
Although it does beat my Rogues offhander (retired) the 15 charisma makes it a Bard weapon of course. That said, they have better.

It's a good weapon for anyone who can use it. You don't have it? Too bad. Warriors can use it for the AC and the nice dmg/dly. Rogues can use it for the large BS dmg they could do. Bards can use it for the CHA and they deserve a decent weapon... sometimes. Rangers? Okay, maybe Rangers aren't the best class, but it's still a good weapon and I'm sure a Ranger who's at the drop would appreciate this weapon instead of the group going "Hey you're a Ranger. You suck. You no get weapon. Me got warrior/rogue/bard twink that would need this, I get it." 'Tain't right. The class who's there deserves it.
There is also a 13/30 5ac, 25hp piercer that drops in Kael (Runed Thunder War Spear).
Pertaining to THIS piercer though, it can be found with one solid group down at the Herb Shack. (However I have seen 2 groups wipeout down there due to the weird pathing). The Grand Herbalist spawns OUTSIDE the shack on the far side. The trickiest part is pulling him (or his PH) without aggro'ing the rest of the shack.

Runed war spear fits in the range slot. That is currently where my ranger has his when not using his bow. 5 ac 25 hp is not bad range item at all.

I believe this item drops off the Grand Herbalist at the shack in Chardok. (near the bank)
