You can also get this by combining Warping Steel Bracer in Bracer Tuneforge Contrivance. Trivial 0, Non Tradeskill Combine. Remember to Remove Augs before combining.

Clairvoyance is a Mod3 Stat that returns mana equal to the Claivoyance you have when you cast a spell. (Applicable up to full mana cost of spell. No free mana, sorry)
