Ruins of Kunarkthe lvl of the effect has been changed to 50 or 51 not sure off hand... so is not the best lower lvl weapon any more ( GL and have a good one...

Got this from a friend, proc'd at 36
A little over a week and a half ago I went to FM to see if any goblins dropped this but came up empty after one run. Could anyone tell me if going back there would be a waste of time? Or does it take some time to find this item.

Well, the price on this little toy has gone down to about nil. I just bought it in the bazaar for 15pp. I haven't used my bard in about an age and a trice, but I may pull her out again to see what this toy is like. Catch ya all on the Povar server!

all weapons in droga, minus those that drop off chief and bodyguards are random on any mob ive seen this drop from slavedrivers, taskmasters, whipcrackers and such mobs just go down kill everything in sight and your liable to get 1 of them.

anyone know it?
Fighting in Stonebrunt Mountains is wonderful, especially paired with a druid. ^_^; Only problem is I forgot about this sweet little proc (which saves my butt in groups) annnnnd the snared mobs instantly aggro'd on the druid. What I wanted to say was this: it's an AE effect, strangely. It may say one thing looks peaceful, but when fighting 4 cats, all 4 stuck to the druid the second my dagger went off.
Definately a must to live in groups. Stuff it in your bag and pull out something with a dmg proc if you are going to partner up with a caster / priest class.

Could have just had the druid run about with you wacking the stuff from behind.

Proc has the same effect as our level 53 song "Song of dawn" lowers the bard on the targets aggro list.

Just like the fx on the Symphonic Saber, this one lowers hate too.

Can it raise your singing songs because its "singing" dagger like the epic?
your epic is the only weapon that effects skills, which is why it is our epic :)

The Battle Drummer's Main-Gauche acts as a percussion instrument.
Painted Primal Mask acts as a stringed instrument, as does a ring that's out there whose name I forgot.
There's an LDoN (I know your reply was before LDoN came out) augment from the BB merchant that makes the augmented item a wind instrument.

This weapon does not proc anything I don't think. According to spdat, this does

Unknown: (negative) 100

So the proc does nothing so the proc % on the weapon is 0%

negative 100 means its lowering you on its aggro list by 100.. dunno how to put it into words, buts its negative, as in its lowering something... theres no defined word in the spdat database tfor aggro, so it comes up with unknown

I found this nice little piercer in Droga. Does anyone know its effect? I don't get a msg that it procs and it doesn't do dmg. Also, it's not a right click effect.

The effect is like the Jolt Spell or Rogue Skill Evade, it lowers hate. (I think)

i was camping Chief and got it, i think it was on a Firedrowser, but it may have been a Taskmaster. I was sleepy and the room poped on me so i didnt even look at it when i looted. later i found it in my bag and was like *wtf* heh
if anyone has any idea what it procs plz post, i know its not a Bard song cuz its not in the EQ caster list.
