Feathered Drum of the Harvest  

 

This drum is part of the quest, The festival of Nightmares. It is ground spawn, located at 1056, 1997, 13 (Just inside one of the tents. It can be looted without agro if careful). It spawns every 10 min or so. Quest gives xp (did not see bar move at lv 77), and faction with the Ladies of the Light. Quest is received from "The Patron of the Arts", who is located just across the bridge, before the carnival grounds.
