I just looted these slippers off of a Lessor (or Minor) Werewolf in WC today. So at least once a year they have a chance of dropping during the Halloween events.

I was lucky enough to get a pair of these, but I wish there was a graphic on them. Right now its the same graphic as cloth, IE: Nothing.

I haven't seen any real variation off these items from boss mob to boss mob. They all pretty much drop the same stuff..

got these off the Werewolf Overloard in WC. Was a pretty cool fight. He coned blue to a lvl 47 (me) but he had a crap load of HP. Also he didnt hit hard at all. Other lewts off em was the Paladin Crown.
