Gold Threaded Tunic  

 

We got this one from KeVagon in Eastern Karana, as long as noone ends the quest, these were dropping off him nicely, and he doesn't hit too hard, I have seen 5 of these drop in 6 kills of the boss, also the nice held dru/shm/clr item, and also the nice caster neck, the warrior neck, and many other nice items were dropping off this boss, he's about level 48, has about 10k hps, and doesn't hit hard at all, just takes some time to kill him and to clear the chasm.
