I wish they looked like fuzzy bunny slippers, that would rock! On the subject of KS'ing in the events... I spent almost all week in EK. I ended up with these boots and the Ranger cape, both are excellent for me at 21. I'm glad they're no drop also, because I only have the 1 character and don't have the outrageous amounts of cash that others do. I got lucky on the boots when a Warrior had killed a ghoul and asked if I could use them. Hats off to everyone who thought of others when they couldn't use the loot. Tunare would be proud.

Just got these 2 nights ago on Xev! They were a nice bonus item to loot off of Varsoon the Undying. Not only did he drop these boots, but he dropped me the GBS that I have been after since I became aware of it in the game!!!

Man, a whole lot of ranger only items came out of the halloween GM events.

Its funny out of the 150 to 200 plus ppl in zone and all the KSing imaginable i finally got something from a GM event. boots are pretty good to bad they are nodrop. Next to my dwarven boots not sure which ones to wear. lol.

Why is it too bad they are no drop? If you were the one who looted them they should be your prize. otherwise, the only people would woul dloot these would be the 40+ lvl KSers and then they would sell them at outrageous prices in EC.
Hats off to Verant for making them no drop (despite killing 4 werewolves and having 2 bard and 2 wiz items drop) goodluck to whomever looted my dead wolves. Hopefully it wasnt another uber a-hole.

I guess i shouldve clarified what i meant by no drop.
I dont believe in farming for an item but when i get up in the high lvls i love to give noobs some of my old gear cause i know how hard it is to start out.
Lore magic is cool. no drop well thats my opinion on it. some items need to be no drop true. but i can also see your point too. cause not alot of pc have morals like some others do.

Why hat's off to Verant? If you were the one who looted the item you should be able to do whatever you want with it. Otherwise, a bunch of sub 30 KSer wannabies would whine how it should be left on the corpse for them to loot.

This game has enough farmers in it already. I loved seeing 190 people in WC about 80% of them anonymous cause they were lvl 40-60 and had no purpose being there. At that level, you should have far better guild then +2agi, +3 strength belts.
I was more than happy to let all the lowbies loot my items that I couldnt use. I watched all the "cool guy" idiots ks people in their high teens that actually got xp off the werewolves, and the same thing to the even lower people in Nro. Its bad enough you can never go to dungeons for loot as some high level jerk is always farming it (Ancient Croc in U Guk)
