Is LoN booster pack just a rumor?

Claimed this on my character on a new account I started up recently, and there was the Nimbus thing inside but no booster pack. Kinda sucked cause I was gonna sell it to make some money. Don't know if it's like that for everyone now.

I've been holding on to this as well in hopes that a quest to upgrade it would surface. Hate to destroy it, but will have to soon if nothing arises. 100% WR containers aren't that hard to come by anymore.
You /claim the box and inside is a LoN booster and the ammo/clicky as described - does nothing more than an aura around you.

I would guess that there is a quest to upgrade this box kinda like the Satchel of Abu`Kar we got with LDoN... Be on the lookout for it..

There is a clicky effect item, " Nimbus Of The Storm Lord " (Cast time 2.0 Spell effect: " Surrounds the caster in the crackling lightning of Agnarr" ) inside box as well as a Norath Booster Pack I beleive.
But what Id like to know is :
Is the box used for anything other than just a 2 slot container? Ex... used to combine something ( such as to upgrade mount, etc...)
As a tradeskiller I really hate small sloted containers ( NEVER have enough room) but wouldn't want to delete the box if is something I may need down the road for something. Any help or insight would be appreciated.
