Also dropped in Halls of Honor
No, the GLOWING shard drops in Halls of Honor.
It combines with the silverwing band from Noble's Causeway to make a level 65 item.
The GLEAMING shard combines with silverwing emblem from WarWood to make a level 40 item, and only drops in Dawnshroud.

Got mine off a regular Rockhopper that popped in the same cave as the Envenomed. Killed the Envenomed 6 times but all he dropped was a bunch of 40ish level quest items nobody would want.

my gleaming shards dropped off mushrooms in the mushroom house... they also dropped the silverwing shoulders....
