Looted one off of a Skulking brute after three days of killing giants. Go figure.

Dropped off an Iksar Exile on 04/18/2010 at 10:25 PM. After two nights of hunting for this using the NPC drop list on here, a freakin exile dropped it on the third night on my 10th kill. I think the shards for these quests drop off all creatures randomly in the designated zone (just a guess from all the post of random creatures dropping it).

After killing giants and goblins without getting the drop everything I saw died. Was surprised little scaled wolf thing had one but was happy to be done ..was final drop for charm item.[poll]

Had the shard drop tonight from an Iksar Pariah in Warsliks Woods by the Iskar bandit camp.

dropped from a goblin agressor after clearing the gobbie fort about 9 - 10 times

dropped off trash - a goblin bloodtracer - it is eny mob in the zone - if I was some one after this I would just run on the main pathing - the trails on the map and kill everything in your way... - the silverwing emblem dropped off in the giant fort
I finally got one from the giants but it took 2 or 3 days and I killed all the major camps in the zone.
Still waiting for the Silverwing drop from Warsliks too.

Got my shard tonight off of a forest giant greenwood. Had to clear fort 3 or 4 times, but it did drop and off a different mob then listed.
