This card is numbered 1EQP5... which is a number sequence that indicates it comes in a tournament pack.
However, this does not seem to be the case.
Does it appear in Oathbound booster packs?

I got 2 of them from opening Oathbound Boosters.
I cast this on my necromancer today. Got the "You cannot have more than one pet at a time" message, since I already had a necro pet up. The little guy did not appear, but i still got the "Familiar: Growling Bazu" buff. I went lich to confirm it was working, and started getting spammed with the regen messages. So you might not get the familiar but you still get the buff.

Does this familiar allow you to go over the HP regen cap?
It s 10 HP per tick regen.
Looks like, by the effect, that it has a regen
I got one, now what the heck does it DO? I don't want to claim it until I find out what it actually DOES.
