hey,whats the deal with the spell limits being 65?isnt this expansion made for the 65+spells?
considering we are already in tacvi these items with "up to lvl 65 spells "should be revised imo.

When GoD first came out, it was supposed to be with the lvl 70 cap but they did not raise the level to 70 until OOW came out.
Since OOW came out relatively soon after only a few guilds were in end GoD, there was some discussion because many hours had been spent gearing up in GoD, only a month or so later to have those focus effects completely obselete by the effects on OOW gear.
So the old focus on this might have said:
Focus Effect: Discordant Distance
1: Increase Spell Range by 30%
2: Limit: Max Level(65)
3: Limit: Spell Type(Beneficial only)
4: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed
Based on those discussions, they modified the #2 line to be:
2: Limit: Max Level(68) (lose 10% per level over cap)
