Im thinking these new loots are probably generic like sunshard ore and drop off anything within a certain level range.

I got this off a murkglider deathglider in WoS. A lot of other new things do too. Fine/Superb/Excellent silks, excellent animal pelts and a lot of tungsten ore. Apparently not all that rare of drops either since I got 11 of these new type of drops in an hours time.
