Unfortunately I don't think there is a "Good" place to farm these. =(

I got a couple off of some spiders in stoneroot and just last night I got 1 off of the DE's in Kith forest. Imagine my surprise when I went to finish my Rogues 1.0 and this dropped. LOL

Well if anyone knows at least a semi decent place to farm these, please let us know =)
