if your looking for drops for the tier 1 cultural armors, then Paludal is the place to go. In aproximatly 45 mins of farming the two recondite camps i racked up the following:
29x Thalium ore
18x Alkaline loam
14x Sullied silk
10x Sullied animal pelt
06x Iridium ore
06x Dusty marrow
05x Sullied spinneret fluid
04x Tacky silk
04x Salty loam
02x thick silk
02x Silvril ore
01x Dessicated marrow
01x Tacky spinneret fluid
01x Crude animal pelt
01x pliant loam.

I did loot more than this, but i started with bags half full so had to bank, then i came back with empty bags and aquired the above list of uncompromised numbers.

Edit: I also spent an hour farming foragers in DSP, only a single loam dropped and it was not alkaline, so i do not reccomend DSP as a good place to farm for cultural.

Just started hunting in Dragnor's Cauldron, got this off of an Aqua goblin shaman

Ok the loam drops of off stuff in Paludal Cavern's about anything

as a matter of fact , ive been collecting the Begginner's Iksar Charm ingredients , and they seem to all be in that one place , every other mob like "the gatherer" have a riddiculus drop rate . pshhh

This and the thalium ore drops like candy in WW.
