Muramite Chest Armor  

 

I notice a lot of high end guild members still wear their elemental armor chest piece. Is it hard to get the chest from the names in txevu, or do guilds just not camp txevu once they are tacvi enabled. also i'm guessing since this isn't an instance zone that these mobs might not be up if other guilds kill them also.
