Is is a Quest item? or a Red Herring?
Probably just something to fun around with.
I found this item on the Tomb of Emperor Illsalin in Undershore, that gives you the quest for the real Sword. Weighed 25.0, and seemed to have no real purpose, so I finally Destroyed it after amusing my Guild with a few links. It re-appeared a few moments later, so I imagine it serves no purpose other than frilly decoration. You can pop down yourself and grab one, if only for ***** and giggles.
[NOTE]: Wolf Form will make you KoS to just about everything in Undershore and Stoneroot Falls, regardless of what your faction would be w/o it. Don't do what I did, and forget to click it off before running in range of Jarzarrad's encampment. lol
