Almost being able to make the de stuff, i have to say this is nice; even though there may be better items that drop off mobs, having a set of cultural armor is special.

It's dang nice stuff. BP is 26 AC, most folks have trouble finding anything over 20 until 45+ (well, untwinked folks anyhow heh). Think about it, used to be the top BP was Enamelled Black Chestplate, the high elf BP is one AC better at 26, and has +stats on it. Very nice.

btw, looks awesome too. Thanks to Cuatro on Tunare for my half-elf's new BP =)
