Found this in Iceclad Ocean. Was inside a barrel that had a lit fuse on it. Have to kill the skeletons that are around it. like 4 of em lvl 75-77ish, all snareable and kiteable as they don't summon and seem to cast alot. Use /Open command on barrel when skellies dead to loot this. Any tracking class can track to see if this barrel and the skellies are up upon zone in. Tracks as "Greysong Ship Debris."
