They made all our Lvl 71+ DD/DoT spells Chromatic-based, and even went through all the trouble to make different versions of the Praetorian's Energeiac wristbands so one would have a Chromatic focus for us...and STILL they insist on giving us Magic-based Foci on RAID-LEVEL armor?

Don't get me wrong...having +65% damage for DDs/DoTs would be great...but what Enchanter would bother loading his Lvl 70 spells to take advantage of it? Sure, a +65% focus might make the 70 spells do more damage than +30% to our 73 spells, but why trade a few extra hp of damage for a 50%+ resist rate?

What the hell are these guys smoking?!

Well putting aside your horribly stated ... emotion of frustration, I can most assuredly guarantee that these will indeed be changed to be for Chromatic based spells. I say this only based on the outcome of the Ashengate armor sets had this same Magic based focus and sometime later (probably 6 months later) the devs finally got around to changing the focus to Chromatic as they probably initially intended. However, the sleeves in this same armor set already contain a focus for Chromatic spells so I'm guessing that this focus is either inaccurate on this or it will be removed altogether.

Almost a year later, and it's still there. Honestly, I don't think the guy in charge of item Focus effects has the slightest clue as to what Enchanters need.
