This is the weapon I'm after, its been a long obsession of mine (starting with the Sword of Truth...), I'm only level 81 atm, but I'm hoping that I can get a couple of people together and blast the bastard down (Already got my seru bane weapon, farmed my ass off to get it... lol) but this is my main focus.
I've got about 60 fabled items banked to date, this would be like the prized collection imo.

I wield this weapon on the Test Server along with the Fabled Katana of Pain in the off hand. This particular weapon CAN (If you know when and where to use) Easily out Damage a 2.0 Pal/SK without even blinking. The trick is knowing when to use /Disc Furious and Intensity (If you have it) Set with Shammy 2.0 clicky on you. You can use the Glyph of Destruction as well.
The Highest I've hit in a critical at the moment is 8.6k For a single blow.
Now here is the win the lottery DPS
8.6k x 6 (Flurry) = 51,000 Damage
Ain't gonna happen, But that the theroetical on it.
Also I find this weapon to really be able to pack in the damage on ripostes and such things. It's slow. But really packs a punch and looks good while doing it.

If I remember correctly goblins and orcs also count as humanoid mobs, but I could be wrong. Though I imagine that atleast Drakkin in ashengate would count as humanoid.

Numerous people have informed me "Madlez" the guy behind the delf in the picture is quite an awful hacker. Uses MQ to help kill stuff. Would be great if people could just play the game without cheating for once.

He does a lot of damage... His regular sword has +100 humanoid bane damage... Has anyone ever thought about fighting him while not being a humanoid, like wolf form?
Just +10 humanoid. Thought of it, but figured it wouldn't make a difference.
Sword is DEFINATLY not a "Common" drop.

We took Fabled Seru down the other night and we only had 1 Bane weapon in the whole guild. We got him on our second attempt. The first attempt we wiped at 90% mainly due to everyone getting whacked with his AE. We set up camp a bit further away on the second try and no one but the tanks got touched with his AE. Was a very long fight, I think we had to deal with 6 rounds of guard respawns. Fabled Lord Seru dropped 2 swords and 1 Torque, and a ton of his regular loot.
I just wish they made the stats more on par with the rest of the fabled items. So far the highest crit I have had is 1439.

Just got this recently, fight took a while with no Seru Bane weaps in guild.
Weap is slow as all hells, get some nice crits out of it (1600ish with bout 2300 ATK and maxed offensive aa's).
My question is this.... what mobs in EQ are tagged by sony as "humanoid" ? Besides the obvious ones, like the humans / barbarians etc in seru et. al., and the player races in home cities?
Any opinions would be appreciated, thankee

I speculate, but I believe the reason for the stats being left so low, and the added delay + primary-only isto LESSEN its value. The graphic alone should make it one of, if not the* most desired 1hs graphic in game, by far. Why should Sony want to make it any more valued? :)
*edit*- the real question should* be... why hasn't Sony implemented MORE items with graphics on par with this tier of sickness!

If they weren't going to add hps to this sword they should have at least left the other stats alone as well. MERLOC added 10 delay, and removed 50ac, 15 cold dmg, 40 human bane dmg, 95% 1hs mod, 30 to all stats, as well as 30 to all resists. And I thought Fabled versions were supposed to be BETTER. Just slap FABLED on it and make it usable, dont nerf it :)
OMGZZOR but it will be overpowered.... cold dmg almost never lands on mobs, and it's about high time warrs got a 1hs that was on par with Pal/SK so that they can Sword & board (Shield) some mobs.
Devs take all the fun out of the game.

It is better than the original blade. Original blade can't be used by anyone but Seru, the fabled version is usable by war, pal, shd, rng, rog, brd. Think about it now, which is better?

I believe he was saying that they should have added the useables to the old blade.
IMO, I think the -95% 1H slash was alright, and the cold damage because it's worthless... and MAYBE the +10 delay, because it was already way too powerful.
