Changed to uncommon.
Camping the top of the temple and outside by king Brownscale. The beetle that spawns
in the ramp hallway 1-2 levels from the top has only ever dropped Curzon for me.
Managed to loot 2 wings, but a couple dozen beetles later can't seem to get the third.
Must be a 1-in-50 drop.
