Saw this listed in a EQ forum post on clickies worth acquiring. THIS is really worth it. It's a guaranteed "drop" since it's provided as part of the quest storyline. A DD clicky with a half-second cast time has a lot of uses, especially for any class that can mez. Might even break root. Yeah, there are other ways to break mez/root and there are insta-cast spells, but for the effort required here, this is an essential item to have in one's saddlebags.
One thing I absolutely love about EQ is how you can discover interesting items like this that you never knew about!
