See ya got these things on Allakhazam's. Really funny how people can think they are fake. Oh well, some people are the gotta-see-it-to-believe-it type. BTW that joke about guild merchant..hehe..for real dude your the master.

I think I figured out why no one has seen this item before, and also why no one may see another one (at least not dropping in game).
I sent a tell to the person who sold me this, and they informed me that it was in a bag of stuff that had been restored for them by the GMs. This item was not among the original items in the bag, so he surmises that it was placed in the bag by the GM. It may then be a GM-only item. Sorry about this, all.

These are damn nice bracers. As a cleric, I really like the +35 mana and would trade my quest bracers for these in a second. Nice saves, good ac and mana. Not one downside that I can see. Except that the green might clash with my golden cleric armor, which I can live with.

But Green Steel armor was in the game um, in Beta I think? Its been so long I don't even remember. It was damn fine for the day though, I was always sad that they had removed it. Guess now I can get my original dream equipment.. hah

I am pretty sure this is from stonebrunt. You'd be surprised at some of the really nice stuff that come from here.

Just cause the background was changed doesn't make it fake... guilds and players put tags on them all the time. And no, Mana doesn't always come first. Resists do.
...and I guarantee it's not fake. Took the SS last night. No clue where it came from, but traded a pair of Gauntlets of the Black for 'em in EC when I saw them in a bag of stuff being sold in EC. Very nice piece, being an Erudite SK with low Poison and Diseae saves. Mana? I don't care, makes almost no difference. AC? VERY nice for a bracer.
Anyone have a clue where these come from? LOL. Until I can figure out a better idea, I'll ask the person who sold this to me where he got it, and try and figure it out.

well, it says erudite SK on the tag for the item... maybe they came from stonebrunt? although i'll admit it's kinda far fetched, seeing as how stonebrunt may be too low for this nice equipment, but i dont know, i'v never been there, and subjecting you to my opinions, i'll let you decide for yourself. just saw the tag and made an assumption.
These might possibly be from Stonebrunt but I do rather doubt it, it does seem to be rather too good. However, it might possibly be off some of the Heretic Invaders - I did get a Trivial message once even though I did get the Head.
