I've hunted the OT for a total of 22 levels, (20-26 and 30-46) and I've never seen or even heard of this item. I've killed thousands of sarnaks, cockatrices, rhinos, tigers, and succelents. There are no goblins in this zone. The only mobs I could think of that might drop this are the skorpikis down in the pit. I've never fought them, so I don't know.

I've heard that they drop off Sarnak Berzerkers, and possibly off of other level 30+ Sarnaks as well.

What mobs drop these things?!?!?!
I killed multiple sarnaks, cactus, chickens, tigers and rhinos with no luck. I tracked the whole time I was in there and I never once saw a goblin on track. I did see the named scorpinox (red to lvl 45)but for a bard with a MM drum they are no real threat. I didnt engage them cause I didnt want a royal butt spanking.
about the only thing I didnt do was hit the mask of deception and run into the OT city and check out the merchants there...
The are supposed to be real common drops....well common off of what mobs??
