I did this quest and helped 5 friends do it, not once did we see the ring. We did get an sk only sword once though, so it is clear that each mob involved (4 total) can most likely have a rare drop. So far the ring sounds like the most useful for higher level char's. (Nice little raid ring)

Posted: Feb 27 2002 at 10:25 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Amber Cutie you must be a dumb newbie. They have had much better rings then this in EQ for awhile now, and noone going on a raid in their right mind would wear this ring, because at that level, they can get alot better rings.

and what creatures might this ring be found on?
i have killed most everthing in the aquaducts, that wouldn't lower my faction that is, and never seen anything like it.

It can be found during the Qeynos Badge of Honor quest. It either drops off the corrupt guard or the necromancer (not the named SK). And it's a rare drop. I've participated in this quest 5 times now, and only one has dropped for us.
Thsi is a good ring for Lord Naggy, nd Servilious (SP) if you cant afford plat or velium diamond rings, not lore either.
